Key Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant:
1. Meeting and registering new applicants
2. Organising and carrying out viewings
3. Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants, noting all correspondence and communications
4. Achieving all daily and weekly targets
5. Arranging, organising, and conducting all viewings in line with the clients' instructions
6. Negotiating offers received where instructed
7. Having an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace to gain an advantage over competitors
8. Working closely with the manager to identify and maximise new business opportunities
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Full and clean driving license
4. Previous experience in a negotiator role or sales environment in the property sector is advantageous but not essential
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
