Visual MerchandiserUp to £30,000Were looking for a Beauty Merchandising Co-ordinator to join a fast-moving retail merchandising team launching an exciting beauty brand into one of the UKs biggest high street retailers.This is not your average merchandising role.Youll be the go-to expert across stores coaching teams, keeping beauty stands flawless, and making sure shelves stay stocked because these products fly out fast.The role:This role will cover sites across South Wales, the South West, the Thames Valley and the South Coast.F ield-based with travel across your region (and occasionally UK-wide launches)Full-time | 37.5 hours | 5 days out of 7Early shifts: 7:00am 15:30pmWhat youll be doing:Keeping beauty displays looking flawless and launch-readyTraining and coaching in-store merchandisersMaking sure stores hit merchandising standards and compliance targetsDriving sales through strong stock management and stand maintenanceSpotting problems before they become problemsBuilding brilliant relationships with store teams and clientsProviding detailed feedback and store photographyWhat were looking for:?
