We are looking for talented and motivated Line Chefs to join our kitchen team at Dragonfly Hotel in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking items on the menu
* Organising and labelling the kitchen and its storage
* Managing and ordering in stock
* Keeping wastage to a minimum
* Working well under pressure
* Delivering high standards consistently – including compliance and cleaning
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Time efficient – delivering great food to the table in a timely manner
Qualifications
* Fantastic flair with food – cooking to recipes and specs
* Experience in a hotel or preferably a pub/ brasserie environment
* Great teamwork skills
* Ability to maintain high standards and safety standards in a fast‑moving environment
