You will manage and grow a portfolio of premium residential sales properties, including prospecting for new market appraisals, securing instructions, and preparing high-quality marketing materials. Working closely with our bespoke marketing strategy, you will launch properties effectively and proactively match them with the right buyers by leveraging our database and registering new applicants.
Your responsibilities will include conducting market appraisals, viewings, negotiating offers and contracts, managing compliance requirements, and overseeing sales progression through to completion. You will be committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients through exceptional presentation, marketing exposure, and customer service.
Staying informed about the prime property market is essential, including new listings, pricing trends, and competitor activity. You will also build a strong network of industry professionals such as solicitors, surveyors and buying agents. Ongoing training and professional development— including working towards mandatory Estate Agency qualifications—will form part of your career growth with us.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market appraisals and win instructions

Generate new leads and secure market appraisal appointments through proactive prospecting, with Refined magazine distributions, and strategic engagement with potential vendors

Negotiate offers, close sales and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly

Prepare and coordinate marketing materials to launch properties to market
·
Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service at every stage
·
Ensure full compliance with Government regulations, including ID, AML and PEP checks
·
Build and maintain relationships with buyers throughout their property search

Conduct property viewings professionally and effectively

Manage sales progression and maintain accurate records
