We are working with a well-established MEP contractor based in the Gatwick area, delivering complex electrical packages across high-profile commercial environments. Due to continued growth and secured works within Gatwick Airport, they are now seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team.
Role Overview:
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing multiple electrical projects within a live airport environment. This role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent contracts management skills, and the ability to manage budgets and project teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of electrical projects within Gatwick Airport.

Manage contracts, budgets, and commercial performance across multiple schemes.
*
Lead project managers, site managers, and subcontractors.
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and airport stakeholders.
*
Manage variations, valuations, and cost reporting.
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety and airport-specific procedures.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the MEP/building services sector.
*
Strong background in commercial electrical projects.
*
Excellent understanding of contracts management and financial budgets.
*
DBS clearance (essential due to airport environment).
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Ability to work within a secure, live operational environment.
