To support our existing business and enable future growth we are offering a 12-month Industrial Placement opportunity to join our Digital Technology (DT) team. The role will be based on site at Kilkeel, Northern Ireland. What you will do: ? Supported by an experienced team, you will take ownership of DT-related issues and proactively identify solutions, while ensuring all administrative duties are completed. Other responsibilities will include: Ensuring all reported application problems and helpdesk tickets are tracked and resolvedin a timely manner Troubleshooting and fault-finding tomaintainend-user systems and applications Installing,upgradingand configuring IT software Ensuring compliance with the Company's security policies and standards Performing key administrative tasks within the department What you will learn: This placement offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a professional DT environment. You will develop practical troubleshooting and technical support skills while working with helpdesk ticketing systems and real user queries. Skills and Experience Required: ? This Industrial Placement opportunity is suited to you if you are passionate about a career in DT. We?will delight in training and supporting you during your placement which means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team.?? Essential Criteria: In addition to the above you should be studying towards a degree or integrated Masters in a relevant IT/DT discipline and be available to complete a 12-month placement commencing in June/July 2026. You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based environments and experience of PC hardware set up and configuration. With a customer-focused approach you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines. Desirable Criteria: ? Substantial relevant work experience in an IT helpdesk or administrative environment. What We Offer: ?
