Global Key Account Manager | Cartons | Europe & UK | €100k-€120k basic + OTE

You will be responsible for:
* Managing strategic global key accounts within the carton packaging sector, ensuring long-term partnership growth and customer satisfaction
* Acting as the primary senior contact for international clients, building strong executive-level relationships across multiple regions
* Leading commercial negotiations, including pricing agreements, contracts, and service frameworks to secure sustainable and profitable business
* Identifying opportunities to expand account value through new product introductions, innovation, and cross‑selling initiatives
* Collaborating with internal teams such as design, production, supply chain, and quality to deliver seamless, high-quality packaging solutions
Key attributes required:
