About You
We’re looking for:
7. Senior Estimators
8. Chief Estimators / Estimating Managers
9. Quantity Surveyors with contracting experience
The successful candidate will have the following:
10. Proven track record within Transit Infrastructure Project Pursuits
11. Estimating complex civil projects, at minimum, over ₤60m
12. Ability to recruit, train, and motivate estimating teams
13. Strong leadership in competitive bid environments
14. Proven success of leading teams through a high-level EQ
