Our integrated services span Branding & Creative, Campaigns, Websites, Social Media, Production, and Performance Marketing.

About the Role:

As a Mid-Weight Brand Strategist, you'll report into our Strategy Director, working closely with copywriters, designers and account management teams to deliver distinctive strategies for a range of clients.

This is a mid-weight role, ideal for someone ready to step up, own briefs, and push ideas further. You should be comfortable presenting work internally and externally, confident in your thinking and a natural-born storyteller.

About You:

* A genuine passion for brands, culture, and consumer behavior.
* A portfolio that demonstrates strong strategic thinking and brand storytelling.
* Just as comfortable working independently as within a creative team.
* A collaborative mindset with strong communication and time management skills.
* Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to craft powerful insights.
* Experience working in an agency environment (branding, advertising, media, PR, experiential, etc) is beneficial but not essential.

Overarching Responsibilities:

* Brand Strategy: You will develop brand strategies, including brand refreshes, rebrands and new brands. This work involves leading client workshops, identifying challenges and opportunities, conducting competitor and market analysis to identify insights and using them to craft a distinctive brand positioning and narratives.
* Campaign Strategy: You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end campaign strategies. This involves crafting compelling campaign briefs informed by deep audience and market insights, working with creatives to form stand-out campaign ideas and turning those ideas into an actionable channel plan.
* Website Strategy: You will be responsible for creating powerful website strategies that tell a brand's story. This work involves leading client workshops and conducting competitor analysis to uncover market insights, which you will then use to inform the story of the site, working closely with a designer to ensure the build delivers the narrative pulse you set out.

What that looks like week-to-week:

* Storytelling: Building story-led presentations and being able to communicate a brand's story effectively is the most important skill of the job.
* Research: Conducting in-depth market, competitor and audience research to uncover unique insights and identify creative opportunities. This job is best suited for someone that loves researching, learning and being endlessly curious.
* Workshops: Plan and facilitate client workshops to collaborate and ideate with clients. You need to be confident leading a room of clients to uncover insights and build trust.
* Briefs: Translate client challenges and business goals into clear, inspiring, and actionable creative briefs. Your goal is to inspire and excite the creative team.
* Reviewing: Being a key voice through the creative process to ensure the work ladders back to the strategy and be confident to challenge constructively to get the best out of the team.
* Travel: On occasion, you'll have the opportunity to travel with work to facilitate workshops and research for overseas clients.
* Copywriting: We have two copywriters in-house, but you should be comfortable writing copy as a means of selling ideas and developing brand narratives.
