Clerical Officer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Coleraine

1. £13.05 per hour
2. Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 5.00 pm)
3. 37 hours a week
4. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
5. Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
7. General admin duties including filing, data input, inbox management
8. Call handling
9. Minute taking
10. Responding to customer service enquiries
11. Use of Microsoft Office Suite
12. Use of internal housing management system
What you'll need for this role:
13. 4 GCSEs to include Maths and English.
14. Candidates must demonstrate 1 year’s relevant experience of handling administrative duties in some capacity in a previous role
15. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
