* Strong technical understanding of boilers and heating systems,
* Comfortable handling a variety of plumbing tasks,
* Excellent communication skills – with customers and within the team,
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively,
* Valid qualifications and certifications in gas engineering/plumbing.
