The support coordinator role involves supporting end users, setup and support of tablet PCs, bespoke and 'off the shelf' software, and general Microsoft application issues.
The post would be responsible for the preparation of tablet PCs for training courses and facilitation of data transfers during tablet upgrades. There would also be the requirement to provide general help with IT issues and administration around the office.
Relevant experience needed:
1. Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8
2. MS Office 2007/2010/2013
3. Helpdesk and Desktop Support
4. Call logging and prioritisation
5. Asset logging and management
6. A working knowledge of SQL Server would be an advantage but not essential.
