Salary: £28,600
Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year
Role: To work as part of the caring team providing high quality care and support in a residential setting to adults with a learning disability whose behaviour challenges services. You will supervise and direct the work of a cottage-based support worker team.

Essential Criteria
* Minimum of one year full time employment working with adults with a learning disability.
* Valid NISCC Registration, or be prepared to complete this registration.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience working in a caring setting.
* Experience managing people with challenging behaviour
