We are currently seeking an experienced Fabricator with MIG welding and metal dressing experience to join our team in Whickham. This is an initial 4-week temporary assignment, with the potential for extension depending on workload.
Position Details:
1. Start Date: ASAP
2. Duration: 4 weeks (may be extended)
3. Location: Whickham
4. Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
5. Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week – flexible working hours available
Role Responsibilities:
6. Fabrication of steel components to drawings and specifications
7. MIG welding as part of the fabrication process
8. Metal dressing, grinding, and finishing to a high standard
9. Maintaining quality and safe working practices
Candidate Requirements:
10. Proven experience as a Fabricator / MIG Welder
11. Competent in metal dressing and finishing work
12. Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately
