Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
* Respond to enquiries, qualify leads, and follow up to secure orders
* Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for capital equipment and spare parts
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular updates
* Coordinate with service teams post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Order & Project Management
* Process purchase orders and maintain delivery schedules
* Ensure complete and accurate documentation
* Coordinate with suppliers to maintain current pricing
Customer Retention & After-Sales Support
* Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues
CRM, Reporting & Financial Coordination
* Maintain CRM records and report on key sales metrics
* Manage Letters of Credit and financial documentation
* Support accounts receivable to resolve outstanding debts
Marketing & Collaboration
* Contribute to market analysis and trend identification
* Assist in content creation for marketing materials
* Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or account management (3+ years)
* Strong academic background in business, sales, marketing, or technical disciplines
* Proficiency in CRM systems (Compass, MS Dynamics 365 ) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of capital equipment, industrial sales, or oil & gas industry
* Familiarity with dealing with international customers.
* Basic understanding of accounting or finance principles
