Manpower is currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 Refuse Drivers (RCV) to join a well-established and reputable waste management company based in Gloucester.

The Role
As a Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will be working across Gloucestershire, operating an RCV vehicle and supporting commercial waste and recycling collections.
Your duties will include:
1. Driving Class 2 (Category C) Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs)
2. Collecting waste and recycling from commercial premises
3. Delivering and exchanging bins where required
4. Completing daily vehicle checks and relevant paperwork/logs
5. Ensuring loads are safely secured at all times
6. Providing a professional and courteous service on all routes
Shift Details
7. Early morning starts: 4:00am or 5:00am
8. Full-time, ongoing work
What We're Looking For
9. Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
10. Valid CPC card
11. Valid Digital Tachograph card
12. Previous experience driving RCVs or similar vehicles (desirable but not essential)
13. A reliable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
