Role Overview: - Support students with a range of SEN needs in mainstream classrooms or specialist settings. - Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and interventions. - Provide one-to-one or small group support to help students achieve their potential. - Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in the classroom.
