The successful candidate is expected to lead strategic forecasting, drive reporting accuracy, and ensure seamless financial integration across regional business functions — with a strong emphasis on team leadership, systems optimisation, and decision support. Responsibilities will include: Lead Finance Team: Manage Costing and PFR team, aligning efforts with strategic goals. Drive Planning Cycles: Oversee AOP and forecasting across key financial metrics. Deliver Financial Insights: Provide variance analysis and actionable reporting to stakeholders. Manage Costing Accuracy: Lead standard cost-setting and compliance activities. Inventory Oversight: Conduct physical verification and ensure accurate valuation and reporting. Ensure Reporting Quality: Maintain strong balance sheet reconciliations and support closing processes. Tax & Forecast Integration: Align forecasts with tax and cash flow strategies. Coach & Develop Team: Build capabilities and succession planning for finance personnel.
