We are partnering with a leading construction industry player, specialising in the design and construction of timber-framed homes. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, our client is seeking a talented Roof Truss Designer to join their accomplished team in Sheffield.
As a Roof Truss Designer, you will:
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
Utilise industry-standard software to design and model roof truss systems.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
Conduct structural analysis to optimise designs for strength and cost-effectiveness.
Work closely with production teams to provide accurate and detailed design documentation.What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Roof Truss Designer for 3+ years.
Software skills in MiTek Pamir
In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
