Business Development Lead (UK and Nordics)

C&C Life Sciences is currently working with a specialist in
data governance and secure data management solutions for the life sciences sector
, supporting biotech and biopharma companies in managing clinical and research data with full compliance to GDPR and other regulatory standards. Their platform enables
secure data sharing across clinical trials, multi-site studies, and collaborative research projects
, ensuring data integrity, patient privacy, and regulatory compliance. By providing advanced tools for
data anonymization, access control, and auditability
, the company helps life sciences organizations accelerate research while maintaining the highest standards of data protection.

The successful candidate will
lead business development efforts across the UK and Nordic Markets
, driving growth, expanding client relationships, and shaping the company's presence in the life sciences sector.

Responsibilities:

* Market expertise:
Deep understanding of the UK life sciences, biotech, or biopharma landscape, including key decision-makers and market dynamics.
* Business development experience:
Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing client accounts, preferably in B2B or technology-driven solutions.
* Communication skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
* Strategic mindset:
Ability to think beyond immediate sales targets to shape long-term growth strategies and influence product-market fit.
* Proactive and self-driven:
Comfortable working independently, managing a pipeline, and driving initiatives from concept to closure.
* Language skills:
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
