Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Greet and check in patients upon arrival.
* Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
* Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
* Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
* Assist with data entry tasks using other office software.
* Perform general clerical duties such as filing and scanning documents.
* Collaborate with heathcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
* Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communiction and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
