What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking full ownership of the car wash sales pipeline — from strategy to execution
Building strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring they get top-tier service
Identifying and winning new business across car washes, valeting services, and fleet operators
Working closely with the operations team to guarantee smooth customer onboarding
Feeding market insights back into the business to help improve products and service delivery
Tracking your performance, hitting targets, and celebrating the wins
What We’re Looking For:
A natural at sales, ideally with experience in automotive, B2B, or field-based roles
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Someone who thrives on independence, ownership, and tangible results
A commercial mindset — always looking for the next opportunity
Full UK driving licence (if travel is part of your plan)
