Role & Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and goals
* Translate requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specs
* Support solution design in collaboration with Salesforce consultants and architects
* Lead or contribute to workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven expeirence in Salesforce working on a range of products
* Experienced in creating user stories
* Salesforce consulting expeirence (Nice to have)
* Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
