Fixed Term Contract - 9 months The women and children we support are at the heart of all we do. We believe our services should focus on achieving the aspirations of every individual and be tailored to meet their needs and unique circumstances. We offer a range of services, including a helpline, accommodation, support for those living in the local community, advocacy and advice, specialist programmes, counselling and therapy, and children's services. Our trained staff have expertise to ensure we can support women and children across several different areas. Job Purpose You will manage the operations of the Safe Accommodation team to ensure there is a safe and effective service user journey from point of induction through to safe move on. Work with strategic manager to transform the current delivery model and ensure staff have the skills, expertise, and approach required. Oversee and manage quality of services offered to ensure that women and children receive a responsive service which is safe and meets their needs. Participate actively in service engagement to discover and put in place improvements to ensure that service users feedback is used to shape the development of services. Identify digital ways of support across Accommodation, proactively promoting the work and leading on the roll out. You will be the lead point of contact on safeguarding for the team.
