We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a well-established and highly respected logistics warehouse based in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full-time, ongoing work with excellent pay and benefits.

* All candidates will complete a site induction / FLT assessment and Drug & Alcohol test prior to starting.
Shift Pattern
* 4 days on / 4 days off
* 4 nights on / 4 days off
* Rotating shift pattern
Pay & Contract
* £16.21 per hour (PAYE)
* Weekly pay (every Friday)
* Full-time hours, temp ongoing opportunity with long-term potential
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Safely operate a FLT Counterbalance truck to load and unload goods
2. Ensure accurate checking and handling of deliveries
3. Identify and report any discrepancies or potential service issues promptly
4. Support picking, packing, and documentation processes
