What You Are Accountable For
* Developing and implementing the digital trading strategy to drive online sales growth.
* Analysing sales data and customer behaviour to optimise product listings and promotions.
* Collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to enhance the online customer journey.
* Managing the digital trading calendar and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
* Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Leading a team of digital trading specialists and providing guidance and support.
* Reporting on key performance indicators and providing insights to senior management.
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
What You Need To Know & Show
* Proven experience in a digital trading or e-commerce role.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* A proactive and results-driven mindset.
* A passion for e-commerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
