Your role

Oversee the day:to:day running of the supported housing service to deliver an effective housing management service
:
Assist with tenancy and void management to maintain occupancy levels
:
Support and promote compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures
:
Build positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders
:
Manage supplies, furniture and equipment and keep records and filing systems up to date
Your skills

Experience delivering tenancy services
:
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
:
Literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C in English and Maths

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant area
:
Ability to analyse and interpret data
:
Experience using housing management systems is desirable
:
Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
