Main Purpose of the Role
The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency business. We invest in the future of estate agency and partnerships with high-performing individuals.
You will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area, including marketing, canvassing, developing local business contacts, and converting market appraisals into instructions, overseeing the process to completion with support from our hub office.
This role is ideal for individuals with at least 4+ years of estate agency experience who seek the responsibility to run their own area within an employed environment, with flexibility for remote work. The company offers excellent promotion and career development opportunities.
The Role
This is a fully employed position offering the flexibility of a self-employed style role with full support. You will provide end-to-end estate agency services from valuation to sale completion, with backing from our learning, marketing, and technology teams.
