We are seeking a Social Worker Auditor with a background in Children's Social Work and Ofsted preparation for our public sector client based in London on an initial 3 month contract paying up to £405 per day inside IR35.
This role allows hybrid working with an expectation to attend the office 3 days per week.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a London -based organisation in auditing and improving their social work practices to ensure compliance and excellence ahead of an Ofsted inspection.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities -
* Conduct practice audits to assess compliance, quality, and impact of social work services.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance in line with Ofsted standards.
* Work with social workers, managers, and leadership teams to ensure best practice.
* Identify areas for improvement and contribute to action plans.
* Ensure policies and procedures align with Ofsted frameworks and local authority objectives.
The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following
o Proven experience as a CSSW Practice Auditor or Children's Social Work Auditor.
o Strong knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks and requirements.
o Experience working with local councils on social work audits.
o Ability to analyse data, report findings, and provide strategic recommendations.
o Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
