The Grange is a lively nursing home supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, epilepsy and complex health needs. The staff team includes a blend of long‐standing colleagues and newer members, and your role will be key in nurturing skills, building confidence, and keeping the culture positive, supportive and consistent. You'll work closely with the Deputy Manager, team leaders, support workers and nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care.
What you'll be doingYou'll lead the day‐to‐day running of the service, ensuring safe, empowering and person‐centred care by:Supporting and developing staff teamEmbedding high‐quality, consistent practiceMaintaining compliance and CQCWorking collaboratively with families, professionals and colleaguesEnsuring the people we support are achieving meaningful outcomesBalancing operational leadership with clinical oversight (with nursing team support)
About youYou'll be someone who:Has experience as a Registered or Service Manager in learning disability or complex needsUnderstands quality frameworks, behaviour support and CQC requirementsEnjoys fast‐paced, community‐focused servicesLeads with warmth, confidence and strong communicationIs committed to our values and to helping people live fulfilling livesA nursing qualification is desirable but not essential — what matters most is your passion for excellent care and skilled leadership.
