We’re looking for a Site Inspector to join our team, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to the highest standards. What You’ll Do: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with contract scope, designs, and quality plans. Monitor workmanship, materials, and equipment on site. Identify and report defects, non-conformances, and unsafe practices. Maintain detailed site records, daily diaries, inspection reports, and photographic evidence. Support health, safety, and environmental compliance, participating in audits and toolbox talks. Liaise with contractors, designers, and client representatives to resolve site issues. What We’re Looking For: HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Proven experience in site inspection or supervision on major infrastructure projects. Knowledge of NEC4 contracts and CDM Regulations. CSCS card and relevant safety training (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid) preferred. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team. Why Join Us?
