Digital Marketing Analyst (TUV SUD America, Inc.; Wakefield, MA): Duties and responsibilities: Tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with internal stakeholders; Developing campaign assets and coordinating activities across digital marketing channels; Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance; Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data; Performing email and online campaign reporting and conversion analyses, interpreting results, and developing recommendations for the business unit team; Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports; Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends; Developing and presenting learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations; Communicating and presenting to colleagues and senior managers; Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics data and other offline data to evaluate website and marketing channel performance; Supporting prioritization and execution of digital experience roadmap that enhances customer experience; Proactively developing site performance reports and analysis such as segmentation analysis; Developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in technical, engineering, or medical fields; Planning, coordinating, and managing various marketing initiatives to effectively reach target audiences, generate leads, and support business objectives; Working closely with the business units to gain input on their goals and specific details on the industry segment, leveraging insights and analytics, including the development of value proposition, high level buyer personas, and market analysis, in order to have clear objectives, leading into the development of an actionable marketing plan; Understanding the industry market trends, business drivers, customer behavior, and how the TÜV SÜD solutions can address customer challenges; Ensuring high level of stakeholder engagement, collaborating with Business Units, and other functions within the organization to deliver marketing objectives; Developing clear marketing tactics from the marketing plan, with a multichannel content plan for the specific business segments, in line with the business goals and market potential; Working closely with experts and the markets to create high quality and engaging content, edit, proofread, and ensure SEO optimization, and roll out all assets as multichannel campaigns, ensuring to curate the different content calendars to have an accurate overview; Being the brand guardian and reference for the team, knowing the brand guidelines, guiding the team in possible questions, giving feedback to assets to ensure alignment with our Corporate Identity and Design, and being the driver for future innovation; Executing, measuring, and optimizing the campaigns, demonstrating the impact of marketing activities by analyzing metrics relevant to the strategic topics and business objectives; and Aligning regional activities with Headquarters and the different Center of Marketing Excellence (CoMEs) in order to find synergies and alignment as one Global Company. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy. Up to 5% domestic/international travel required for meetings.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline, PLUS 3 years of marketing experience in a technical, engineering, or medical B2B environment.

Must have: Demonstrated experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (either Adobe Marketo Engage, ConstantContact, MailChimp, Intercom, or other similar tool is acceptable);Demonstrated experience with web content management systems; Demonstrated experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Data Studio; Demonstrated deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms; Demonstrated desire to learn new reporting and analytics tools; Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and strong communication and presentation skills; Demonstrated experience with online lead generation and/or digital media buying; Demonstrated strong understanding and skills in marketing strategies, content marketing, search (organic and paid), social media, and other digital media channels; Demonstrated experience working in a multinational environment and managing stakeholders of various levels; Demonstrated resourcefulness, self-motivation, team player attitude, flexibility, and a high level of initiative.
