Responsibilities and Duties Tenancy and Estate Management: Ensure tenants comply with tenancy agreements, manage tenancy breaches, address anti-social behaviour, and oversee the condition and maintenance of estates through regular inspections and responsive actions. Resident Engagement and Support: Actively involve tenants and leaseholders in estate management decisions, provide tenancy support to help sustain tenancies, and promote participation in local resident groups and initiatives. Collaboration and Service Delivery: Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and community groups to design and deliver responsive, resident-focused housing services and estate improvement plans. Communication and Reporting: Handle resident enquiries, correspondence, and complaints efficiently; attend meetings and produce reports and performance data for senior management and external stakeholders. Policy, Procedure, and Compliance: Enforce health and safety standards, support the development of housing policies, contribute to digital service improvements, and maintain accurate records and data systems in compliance with service standards.
