Employment Solicitor – Managing Associate
Manchester | Hybrid Working | Salary up to £110,000 DOE
A highly regarded and nationally recognised employment team is seeking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor at Managing Associate level, as part of its continued growth in Manchester.
Reporting directly to the Partner and Head of Department, this role offers a high degree of responsibility, client exposure and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the strategic development of the practice.

You will advise on the full spectrum of contentious respondent and non-contentious employment matters, acting for a diverse client base that includes corporates, public sector bodies and senior executives. The work will include:
* Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
* Employment contract disputes and restrictive covenants
* Discrimination, equality and whistleblowing cases
* TUPE advice and employment support on corporate transactions
* Organisational change projects, redundancies and HR advisory work
