Assembly Supervisor £13.80ph, Newark, Full Time, Temporary with the potential to become Permanent, Pension, Free Parking, Central Newark, Overtime Available. Our central Newark client is looking for a Assembly Supervisor to join their well-established busy team. They will be responsible coordinating all activities within the department to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Duties include: • Maintaining the team’s overall efficiency and performance. • Working closely with Manager to determine weekly schedules and KPI requirements. • Ensuring correct stock levels are maintained, • Overseeing the quality of products being passed to the Quality Team for final inspection, • Working closely with the Production Engineering Team to resolve any production-related issues To be considered for this role candidates must have previous management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and intermediate IT skills including Word and Excel.
