We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in West Leicestershire as a Live In Care Professional.
As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.
Personal care - continence support, washing and dressing
Home help - cleaning and ensuring general up keep of house
Companionship - supporting with overall wellbeing
Care pro's will have their own bedroom within the client's property.
Experience of working in Care
Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
Willingness to work and communicate professionally with Home Instead office teams and other social and health care professionals
Respect for people suffering from a range of medical conditions with different backgrounds and beliefs to your own. Commitment to non-discriminatory care practice
Good hygiene practice, including personal hygiene and a smart appearance
Class 1 business insurance (if using own car for business purposes)
All training and support is provided. Some experience of care would be a benefit.
Experience of working with those with dementia would be an advantage.

As a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with an allowance for food, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.
