* Oversee end-to-end content production, ensuring visuals and narratives aligned with client brand identities and desired target audiences.
Client Account Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
* Conduct strategy sessions to define KPIs (sales, engagement, follower growth).
* Deliver monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.
* Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate on campaign expansions.
Social Media Strategy
* Design data-driven strategies integrating shoppable posts, influencer partnerships, and UGC.
* Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and paid media teams for cohesive campaigns.
* Audit competitors and recommend innovative tactics to differentiate clients.
* Craft trend-savvy content strategies, leveraging viral trends to amplify brand relevance and engagement.
Community and Analytics
* Foster community engagement through thoughtful interactions, proactive comment management, and building meaningful connections with audiences.
* Moderate comments, DMs, and reviews, fostering authentic audience connections.
* Track KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Dash Hudson.
