Job Title: Multi Trader – Super Prime Residential

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dependable Multi Trader to join our team, specialising in maintenance work within prime and super prime residential properties across Central London. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a broad range of trade work, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, and basic electrics
Diagnose and repair issues with high-spec fixtures, fittings, and finishes
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to urgent maintenance requests
Work with care and precision in occupied, high-value properties, ensuring minimal disruption
Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams, offering clear updates and technical guidance
Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness standards while delivering work of the highest qualityRequirements:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-trade role within prime or super prime residential environments
Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; discreet, courteous, and professional demeanor
Full UK driving licence
Relevant trade qualifications or a completed apprenticeship (preferred)
