We have a current opportunity for a qualified Electrician to provide a holiday cover as follows: Electrician - holiday cover w/c 13th October& 10th November) Type of contract: PAYE Hours of work: Monday-Friday, working approx. 40-54hrs Description of duties: - Assist Maintenance department with electrical preventative and reactive maintenance on line control systems and distribution network. - Assist with periodic electrical inspection and testing of electrical distribution around site (City and Guilds 2391) - Install and commission new electrical equipment and complete all required inspection and test certification upon completion. Skills Required: - Qualified Electrician with maintenance experience in an industrial environment - Qualified on requirements of electrical installations to BS7671:2018 - Thorough knowledge of the electrical trade - Initiative and ingenuity to analyse a situation and make frequent and technical decisions based on specifications and electrical codes - Have good computing skills for reporting and record keeping - Knowledge of working under a permit to work system and demonstrate safe working practices - Working knowledge of Allen Bradley RSlogix Studio5000 and/or Siemens TIA software would be preferred but not essential - Experience on maintenance management system (i.e. Hexagon EAM or similar) would be preferred but not essential Our role in supportingdiversityandinclusion As an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
