Facilities and Cyclical Co-ordinatorTy Coch – Bangor
* 37 hours per week
* Permanent position
* £43,102 – £46,761 per annum

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales.
Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in surveying, preparation of accurate reports and working within the social housing sector or similar.
* Proven experience in managing facilities
* Proven experience in delivering improvement/repair works.
* Proven experience working with various service providers / contractors.
* Proven experience in estate management.
* Have good technical knowledge of properties, construction and the built environment.
* Have extensive understanding and working knowledge of IT systems.
* Have excellent time management, high levels of customer service satisfaction and excellent communication skills.
Language Requirements: The ability to communicate (verbal & written) fluently in both Welsh/English
