Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a professional attitude, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role is essential in providing administrative support to various departments, managing communications, and maintaining efficient office processes.
Duties
Perform general clerical duties including, data entry, document management, and typing statements.
Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette
Manage correspondence and communications, both internal and external
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)for document preparation and reports.
Support financial tasks using our own inhouse accounts system for invoicing and expense tracking
Organise files and ensure that all documentation is up to date and accessible with our team of agents.
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable as a lot of typing is involved.
Proficient computer skills with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous clerical experience will be beneficial in performing daily tasks effectively.

This vacancy is part time and would ideally suit somebody who is local to the Sale M33 area. The vacancy is office based and not work from home. The hours will are three afternoons a week after training being Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays however flexibility will be needed to cover holidays.
