* Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data entry and basic performance reporting.
* Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace/Excel and an interest in AI tools to speed up workflows.
* Collaborative Spirit: Experience in a start‑up or small brand environment is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities

* Campaign Execution: Assisting the Marketing team in setting up promotional codes, landing pages, and coordinating the digital assets for bi‑monthly launches.
* Cross-Functional Liaison: Acting as the point of contact between Buyers, Graphics, and Digital teams to ensure seasonal store assets and online promotions are aligned.
Operational Excellence
* AI Integration: Utilising AI tools to streamline product copywriting, image alt-text, and workflow automation.
* Quality Control: Conducting regular site walk‑throughs to spot broken links, formatting errors, or out-of-stock items that need hiding.

* Education/Experience: 1+ years in an Ecommerce or Digital Marketing role.
* Software: Proficiency in Shopify, Google Sheets/Excel, and familiarity with Affiliate Platforms (e.g., Rakuten, Awin, or similar).
* Creative Eye: While you arent the lead designer, you should have a feel for the Aspiga aesthetic and basic skills in Canva or Adobe Express for quick crops/resizes.
* Soft Skills: A can‑do attitude, a sense of urgency regarding deadlines, and the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change.
