NES Fircroft is recruiting a Research & Development Technician to join a leading high-performance polymer company based in Ware. This is a permanent role working on site Monday to Friday.
As a Research & Development Technician you will assist with design, development and testing of new products.
You will also be responsible for:
Production quality control
Laboratory equipment maintenance
Conduct experiments and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Collect experimental data and ensure records are properly maintained
Use of large weighing equipment, pallet truck and other pieces of machinery/equipment when necessary
Education and Experience:
A Level/ BTEC in Science – specifically chemistry or have equivalent experience.
An enthusiasm for chemistry/material chemistry.
