A reputable and rapidly expanding specialist conveyancing firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team on a fully remote basis, providing cover for annual leave and staff absences.
You will not be responsible for a dedicated caseload but will support the firm's conveyancing team by managing files during periods of leave or absence.

The firm is headquartered in Yorkshire but is offering a fully remote role. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Conveyancer with experience in managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, particularly freehold sales and purchases.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong understanding of freehold transactions (both sales and purchases)
* Experience in leasehold and/or new build transactions is advantageous, though not essential – full training will be provided
