This role will lead and coordinate stakeholder engagement across a complex and highly regulated environment, ensuring clear communication between the project team, client, regulators, local authorities and community representatives to support safe and efficient project delivery.
This position would suit an experienced Stakeholder Manager with a background in major construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects, particularly within regulated or safety-critical environments such as nuclear, energy or defence.
It will appeal to someone who is confident managing complex stakeholder relationships and thrives in a structured, high-profile project environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the project Stakeholder Management Plan in line with programme requirements
* Identify, map and manage relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, local authorities and community groups
* Lead stakeholder meetings, consultations and engagement activities across the project lifecycle
* Work closely with project and construction teams to ensure stakeholder considerations are embedded in delivery
* Maintain stakeholder registers, manage xjlbheb issues and provide regular reporting to senior project leadership In return youll receive a salary up to £60k plus £5,750 car allowance, 25 days holiday, up to 8% company pension contribution and private medical insurance .
