Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfast service.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present a variety of breakfast dishes, including hot and cold items
* Set up and manage breakfast efficiently
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
* Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
* Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef
* Good knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and food preparation
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
* Understanding of food safety standards
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A positive attitude and passion for hospitality

Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
