Connex Education is working with a Secondary Schools in Wakefield and assisting them in recruiting a Geography Teacher to work full- time from October – July maternity cover.

The role is to start after October half term until July. This is a maternity cover meaning it may extend to October. As a supply

Person Specification
7. must be 21 and over
8. Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
9. PGCE
10. You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
11. Have experience teaching Geography in a UK secondary school setting.
12. Be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons across ability ranges.
13. Have excellent behaviour management and classroom control skills.
