Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Peterborough area for a Future Manager at the Sharman Quinney Group. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, support business growth, and inspire your team to achieve sales targets effectively. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing operational strategies, and driving team performance to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
* Leadership and people management skills, including team motivation and development.
* Experience in sales, business development, and performance management.
* Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
* Knowledge of the real estate industry or similar fields is preferred but not required.
* Proficient with relevant software and tools to analyze data and manage operations.
* Self-motivation, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a focus on achieving results.
* Driving license and ability to travel as needed for the role.
