We are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join the team at this fantastic, independently owned restaurant with 2 AA rosettes with a focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As The Restaurant General Manager you you will lead the Restaurant team in the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Person
The ideal General Manager will have the following:
- Previous experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry at least 2 years in Rosette standard
- Reliable, hardworking and passionate
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in high volume, upscale restaurants
- Can do attitude & team player & leader
- Fully flexible on day/evening/weekend shifts
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Ability to train, lead and guide the front of house
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
