Key Responsibilities of Primary Teacher:
Deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
Support students’ academic progress and emotional well-being.
Provide one-on-one and small group instruction tailored to individual needs.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to education and care.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Use a variety of teaching methods to inspire and motivate learners.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent.
Applications welcome from trainee and early career teachers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build supportive relationships with students, staff, and families.
A genuine passion for helping children grow academically and personally.
Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
